Caravelle Tower

Overall a great place with a few issues. Checking in on Monday and the ladies at check in looked not happy to be there. They were knowledgeable but no smiling. We got to our room and had to call maintenence because the ac was leaking in the floor. They came promptly and cleaned it up. We had to call them again another day not again they came quick with towels and tried to tilt it so it would drain out of the room. Very friendly maintenence staff. Both times we needed clean towels and coffee the cleaning staff did bring them pretty fast. We didn't have A baking sheet in our kitchen so we asked for one. The lady at the desk said we were supposed to have one in there but they never brought one. I went and bought one at Tuesday Morning for $6 so it wasn't a great expense. The beach area was really nice. There was a lifeguard. We met some nice people at the hot tub and talked 2 hours. The kids water park was really nice. It was great to have a poolside tiki bar. The pool is big so plenty of play room. The lady at checkout today was so nice. She looked happy to help. We saw a small child running around the hotel with no adult and one of the cleaners took him and found his parents. She was concerned for him. I do think we will be back again.

Perfect condo rooms. Beautiful views. Beds a little firm for me but that's most places I stay at. Definitely going back again.

The rooms were smaller than expected, but worked. The beds are very small compared to photos. The beach is just steps away and view is amazing. Great service and good bar/grill in resort.

The resort was not to bad. I loved the amenities, I thought most of the staff was friendly. The pools were so great, and hot tub. Very well maintained, with a gift shop, Italian ice, and bar outside. There was a buffet style breakfast available with friendly staff, and ok food. Everyone is recovering from the pandemic and short staffed, so we had a super hard time getting towels, trash changed, and unfortunately my son had an accident the first night, and I could not get sheets period, the front office told me they were out? I had to make sheets out of extra blankets, my blinds kept falling down, and tv remote issues. I had a few other issues with the pay to room services, and almost being overcharged a price for the room different from my receipt, but one is pending another resolved. So I would say great place, just recovering from the pandemic still.

Enjoy the Ocean Views. Property could be more updated. Other than that the stay is comfortable. With the exception of the smoke alarm going off and having to evacuate in the night but there's no fire. Would still recommend staying for the price, the views and the location. Oceanfront.

Decent rooms for rent. A little on the small side. The pool area is well worth it. The beach views are epic!

I have chosen Caravelle Resorts for my last 3 Myrtle Beach trips. The staff is super nice and my experience with my concierge rep Amanda was very pleasant. She called me a few days before my trip to answer any questions and also confirm my reservation. She was very sweet. I'm staying in the main building and my room did not disappoint. The colors and decor were vibrant and uplifting and the oceanfront views are always amazing. A huge plus was I didn't have to deal with SMELLY CARPET!!

Elevators suck. They suck so damn much. Don't stay on a very high floor. You'll spend more time waiting on elevators than the beach. They have a tiki bar so that's cool
